Restoring these spaces can be helpful in both removing current issues and preventing any intruders in the future.

Services Include:

Crawl Space Restoration

The importance of taking care of your crawl space is critical to indoor health and the structural integrity of your home. Structural damage can lead to other hazards and we all know in the Pacific Northwest area it rains the majority of the year. In this environment expose insulation will capture and hold that moisture and assist in the buildup of fungus, mold, and mildew.

Rodent Damage Repair

Rodents often get into our crawl spaces and try to seek shelter and create a home there. They like to create nests  and beds in the insulation. This is dangerous because their droppings can be toxic and they chew through the ducting which ruins insulation. We will remove these pests, their droppings and repair any damage they may have caused.

Insulation and Vapor Barrier Removal and Replacement

Crawl space insulation is a critical part of your home’s heating and cooling system. It is critical to keeping costs down, however, the insulation needs to be in good shape to work well. When rodents get into the crawl space, they often damage insulation by creating big holes and rendering it useless. We can remove damaged insulation, clean the entire area and then replace the insulation. We create a tight seal in each crevice to make sure there is no room for air leakage.

Vapor barriers keep the soil moisture from the ground under your crawl space from getting into your home and creating a nightmare of mold and mildrew. Animals and old material can create holes in this barrier allowing the moisture to come through. We can remove your old or damaged vapor barrier and install a new one.
